“Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face evermore” (Psalm 105:4, NKJV). Evermore is the key word here. Not a single search that ends once an answer is found, but an ongoing, continual seeking.
That reframes the goal. It’s not to arrive at a finished, complete knowledge of God and stop seeking. It’s to keep seeking, indefinitely, as an ongoing posture of life.
As this month closes, it’s worth asking whether your own seeking has quietly become a past-tense accomplishment rather than a present, continual practice.
What would it look like to seek His face today, not as a box already checked, but as an evermore kind of pursuit, starting again right now?
